Our History

Freerksen Trucking, Inc. is a family owned trucking business that is based in Dodge Center, Minnesota. Freerksen Trucking, Inc. went into business in 1989 and has been a remarkably fast growing company. We have partnerships with over 1000 trucking companies within the United States. We travel to all 48 states covering all traffic lanes coast to coast. We have a large trucking fleet that consists of company owned trucks and trailers, and several owner operators under our authority. Our equipment ranges from flatbeds, step-decks, double drops, and vans to owner operator equipment.

Freerksen Trucking, Inc. is also associated with Freerksen Enterprises, Inc. Freerksen Enterprises, Inc. consists of a truck and automotive shop, and a car wash system. The truck shop began as a result of the maintenance of Freerksen Trucking, Inc. company trucks. Then the truck shop began to service automotives and now services all types of equipment.

To achieve our mission we need to have a clear idea of who we are and what we stand for. Fortunately, as Freerksen Trucking, Inc. employees, we share a set of very definite values that help us determine if we're doing the right things. We believe that every one of us is a part of a team. The contributions of each and every person are both necessary and valued. We depend on each other to achieve all our customers' trucking and maintenance needs.

Equipment

Our drivers currently run in late model Freightliners, Peterbilts, and Volvos.

We haul freight with a variety of trailers: step-decks, double-drops, vans, and conastogas.

We strive to provide the necessary equipment for our customers' needs.

Office Employees

Ron Hoffman has been a dispatcher with the company since it's beginning (over 10 yrs).
Mark Freerksen started his full-time career here after he graduated college (over 5 yrs).
He is a dispatcher, safety coordinator, and sales representative.
Monica Fitzwater has been working with the company for three years as a dispatcher.
In 1996, Missy Woodward began working for Freerksen Trucking, Inc. in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. She is also a safety coordinator.
Terry Ide is the manager of Freerksen Enterprises, Inc. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
